Founded by Tausif and Diyanah, a Midwesterner and Singaporean husband-and-wife duo, Kopi Cowboy Coffee is an homage to the rich coffee culture of The Lion City.

The couple left Brooklyn during the pandemic, following their passion for that elusive perfect cup of kopi, and eventually settled in Southeast Asia. Tausif took barista classes in Singapore and apprenticed with a Kopi Master at the Haig Road hawker centre.

Swearing off corporate life, they returned to Texas and started Kopi Cowboy Coffee in January 2024. The journey hasn't been easy, but this is the stuff that dreams are made of - a life of caffeine, friendship, and service to community, one delicious cup of kopi at a time.
